What this measuresA brief screen for core ADHD symptoms in adults (inattention, impulsivity, hyperactivity) over the past 6 months.
How we calculated your resultWe add your six answers (0–4 each) for a total score from 0–24. Then we convert that to a Health % so higher means healthier. (Note: the official ASRS also has item-level “pattern” scoring; our triage uses the summed score for simplicity.)
What your score means0–13: Typically no follow-up needed.14–24: Positive screen → consider the full ADHD assessment.
Why we use this methodThe 6-item ASRS is a widely used, validated screener for adult ADHD symptoms and is efficient for triage.
What’s nextIf your score was 14 or higher, you’ll find the full ASRS-v1.1 (18 items) below (under Suggested Assessments) for a more detailed profile, and you may consider a clinical evaluation to rule out look-alike conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, sleep issues).
