    We total your 10 “Yes” responses (1 point each) for a score from 0–10, then convert that to a Health % so higher means healthier.

    1–2: Low level → monitor use and reassess periodically.
    3–5: Moderate level → possible risk; further assessment may be useful.
    6–8: Substantial level → clear signs of difficulty; professional help recommended.
    9–10: Severe level → strong indication of dependency or major consequences; clinical assessment advised.
