I am Tuba Sarang, this is my story

I will write about my life and in very small points but this is not my life it is just like a small presentation from above I want to show you .
*1. My Childhood and Dreams*
My name is Tuba. I am 24 years old. As a child, I had big dreams. I thought I would change the world. I wanted to be an astronaut. I wanted to go to the moon.
But I was born into a very old-minded family. They said I was free, but I was not.

*2. When I Learned I Was Not “Stupid” – Dyslexia*
When I was 8, everyone around me could read. I thought I was just small and I would learn.
But as I grew older, I couldn’t even write my own name. By 6th grade, it became my biggest shame.
When teachers made me read in class, I couldn’t. When they asked me to write on the board, I couldn’t. Everyone laughed. Girls outside would shout, “That’s the stupid girl who can’t even write her name.”
One day a teacher humiliated me in front of everyone. That day, my heart started hurting. I got cold sweats. I couldn’t breathe. That was my first Anxiety Attack.

*3. Depression and Fights at Home*
I brought the shame from school home, and I got beaten. My brothers hit me. I became angry and broken. I started breaking things.
I hated myself. I stopped looking in the mirror. I somehow passed 10th grade. In college, people found out again. More laughter.
Then one day I found out on YouTube: This is Dyslexia. I am not stupid. I told my mom, my sister, my teachers. No one believed me. One teacher said, “Stop the drama. You are just stupid.”
That day, I turned to stone.

*4. The Darkness – 6 Suicide Attempts*
My Anxiety attacks got worse. Then came Depression. Then I started hurting myself.
I attempted suicide 6 times. Every time, I survived.
My family said “just die”. Doctors didn’t understand. The medicines made me worse.
Once I put scissors to my throat, but I cut my hair instead. I spent 15 days in the hospital. When I came out, people called me “fat”.

*5. Bipolar and Me Today*
Then I found out I also have Bipolar Disorder. For the last 5 years, I have been on medication.
Now I feel nothing. No happiness, no sadness. I just wake up, eat, sleep.
But one thing still remains – the pain.

*6. My Message*
I still can’t read or write.I will not let my pain go to waste.
I don’t want any 8-year-old child who can’t read to think they are stupid.
I don’t want anyone to die alone in Depression and Anxiety.
I don’t want to get married. I don’t want to just survive life. I want to _live_ life.
My name is Tuba. Listen to my story. Understand me.
Mental Health is not shameful. Dyslexia is not a sin.
*You are not alone.*
