I’m in grad school at Northwestern for a Masters in Literature, and I’ve loved reading and writing for as long as I can remember. I’ve survived a severe eating disorder, and I am an alcoholic with 9 years sober. I survived the sudden death of my mom, and of not having a father for 15 years. I have lived with depression and anxiety and PTSD for my entire adult life.
