LEADERSHIP TEAM

Leadership Team Members

Roles and profiles are pulled from Team & Access so this page stays synchronized with the chapter dashboard.

The Leadership Team is taking shape.

Public Leadership Team Member profiles will appear here automatically as members are added and made visible in Team & Access.

HOW WE WORK

Shared work, clear responsibility.

Leadership Team Members can take on defined chapter responsibilities while the Chapter Leader retains oversight of permissions and chapter operations.

01

Show up

Consistency builds trust. Leadership starts with being present for the people and work you said you would support.

02

Share the work

Strong chapters do not depend on one person doing everything. Roles make ownership visible and sustainable.

03

Build with people

The goal is not simply to run activities. It is to create a chapter students recognize as theirs.

MORE THAN LEADERSHIP

A chapter is more than its leadership team.

You do not need a title to make this community better. There are plenty of smaller ways to help shape what happens here.

01

Offer a first hello.

Be the familiar face that makes someone’s first event feel a little less unfamiliar.

02

Help an event take shape.

Set up, welcome people, share an idea, or help with the hundred small details that make a gathering work.

03

Make something together.

Bring photography, design, writing, music, art, or another creative skill into the chapter.

04

Bring a different idea.

Some of the best chapter traditions begin because one student asked, “What if we tried this?”

THERE IS ROOM FOR YOU

Want to help shape what happens next?

There are ways to contribute whether you want an ongoing role or simply want to help with an upcoming activity.
