A guided place to start

Start with what you're carrying.

Name what feels heavy. Find one next step. Let the path adjust as you go.

Project Semicolon Journey

Support that starts where you actually are.

The Journey Platform uses one form to check 15 areas at the same time, then turns those signals into a personalized support path. No long maze of separate assessments. No generic list. Just a clearer place to start.

pressure to be perfect

This is not a diagnosis or a replacement for professional care. It is a place to tell the truth, lower the shame, and find support that feels possible.

How it works

One form. 15 areas. A clearer next step.

Instead of asking you to take one long assessment after another, the Journey Platform looks across mood, anxiety, trauma, sleep, attention, substance use, safety, and more from one starting point. Then it reflects what may be happening and gives you one next step that can adjust as you go.

01

Snapshot

A plain-language reflection of what may be showing up, without turning it into a label you have to carry.

02

Direction

A short explanation of where the journey can take you and why deeper questions may help.

03

Next step

One step chosen from your answers, signals, and what has or has not fit before.

04

Adjust

If a step fits, the path builds. If it does not, the next step changes. No generic tunnel.

Inside the journey

Built to help you find answers.

Project Semicolon

Your next step

Low mood path

One step small enough to take.

Your last answers pointed to low energy and self-blame. This step is small on purpose. Not because what you are carrying is small, but because the next move needs to be reachable.

Why this step?

You marked motivation and self-worth as heavy. We’ll start with one action that still counts before asking for anything bigger.

It remembers what fit

The journey can use your feedback to continue, shift direction, or make the next step smaller.

It hears you when you're stuck

Getting stuck is useful information. The system should respond by lowering the weight, not adding shame.

It gives language for hard moments

The copy names what may be happening, removes shame, and keeps the next move small.

Begin

You do not need to know what you need yet.

Start with honest answers. The platform will help shape the first direction from there. You can correct it. You can slow it down. You can come back when you are ready.

If you may hurt yourself or cannot stay safe, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area now. This platform can support reflection and next steps, but immediate danger deserves immediate help.

Yes. Your Semicolon Number and all of your responses are private to you. Nothing is shared, sold, or visible to anyone else. You are in complete control of what you do with your results.

No — and it’s not designed to. The Semicolon Journey helps you understand yourself better and arrive at professional care more prepared. Think of it as a bridge, not a destination.

When you complete your Journey, you receive a structured summary of your assessment results. It’s yours to keep and share with any therapist, counselor, or doctor you choose. It’s not a clinical report, but it gives professionals a meaningful head start in understanding you.

Your active Journey stays open until you complete it. If your circumstances change significantly over time, speak to a mental health professional about whether a fresh assessment would be appropriate.

Yes. The Semicolon Journey is completely free for all Project Semicolon community members.

Depending on your triage responses, you may be guided through any combination of established tools covering depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep, mood, substance use, eating patterns, ADHD, and more. You’ll only ever see the ones relevant to your Number.

Yes. The Journey is built on validated clinical instruments and produces a structured PDF summary that can serve as a useful intake supplement. It is not a replacement for clinical assessment, but many practitioners find it helps clients arrive at their first session with greater self-awareness and organized baseline data.
