Our professional support team can provide:

  • One-on-one support from licensed or certified mental health professionals
  • Short-term mental health guidance and goal-oriented check-ins
  • Help identifying and understanding symptoms and emotional patterns
  • Referrals to local or long-term care resources
  • Support while on waitlists or in-between therapy sessions
  • Trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care approaches

We cannot provide support if:

  • You are in immediate danger or experiencing a life-threatening crisis
  • You're seeking emergency psychiatric care or hospitalization
  • You're under the influence of substances during the session
  • You need court-mandated assessments or documentation
  • You are under 13 years old without a parent or guardian present
  • If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 right away.

Our peer team can provide:

  • A compassionate listening ear from someone who understands
  • Encouragement and emotional support from lived experience
  • Validation, empathy, and a safe space to share
  • Help identifying non-emergency coping strategies
  • Community connection and peer-level resource suggestions
  • Support in navigating feelings of isolation, overwhelm, or sadness

We cannot provide support if:

  • You are experiencing a crisis that requires immediate intervention
  • You need a diagnosis or medical treatment
  • You require medication management
  • You're looking for long-term therapy or psychotherapy
  • You're experiencing symptoms of psychosis, suicidal planning, or severe disassociation
  • You're under 16 years old without a parent or guardian present
  • If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 right away.
