• SMS Logs: Date/time of messages sent and received, message status, and delivery reports (we do not store message content beyond “check-in” templates and replies you explicitly send).

• To Provide the Service: Schedule and send SMS check-ins, log responses, and route replies to your trusted contacts when needed.

• To Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

• Trusted Contacts: We share your check-in messages and any replies with the person(s) you designate in your “Trusted Contact” list.

• Service Providers: Telnyx (SMS delivery), hosting providers, data-analytics tools—only as needed to operate the Service.

• Legal Requirements: When required by law (e.g. court order), or to protect rights, property, or safety of Semicolon Pulse or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an account and as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes. You can delete your account at any time via your profile settings; upon deletion, we will remove most personal data, though some logs (e.g. check-in records) may persist in anonymized form for analytics.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.

• Export your data in a machine-readable format.

• Withdraw consent to SMS communications.
