  • SMS Logs: Date/time of messages sent and received, message status, and delivery reports (we do not store message content beyond “check-in” templates and replies you explicitly send).

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law (e.g. court order), or to protect rights, property, or safety of Semicolon Pulse or others.

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an account and as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes. You can delete your account at any time via your profile settings; upon deletion, we will remove most personal data, though some logs (e.g. check-in records) may persist in anonymized form for analytics.
